Prophet Muhammed: From A Great Bodhisattva to a Highest Order Yogi !

Abstract: All ancient masters from the past, tread on this specific style of path called "Bodhisattva's". Their first and foremost duty was to uncover their own inner light, and then bring this light unto others, awakening and benefitting countless sentient beings. Although the bodhisattva path is not so popular, nor openly discussed/expounded in main-stream Abrahamic traditions, ancient masters from all religious faiths were essentially the bodhisattvas. Even though they had different trajectories and unique stories unfolding around them, all masters had arrived to their final realization and found their unity under the supreme creator. And they were all great meditators too. Whichever the major spiritual path we take, the evolutionary steps of our human consciousness along each path has similar and almost identical meditative states. However the divine messages that we receive through these different states are unique to that particular trajectory. In other words, the message from the Universe/God is taking a relative shape to the bodhisattvas, depending on their background, culture and their specific trajectory. This post unravels the mystical path of such a great master/a higher-order Yogi, prophet Muhammed (PBUH) which is an exemplary one for all bodhisattvas.

Fig. 1: The Sahabi tree (where Prophet Muhammed-PBUH used to meditate while on his way back to Syria), the demonstration of his supreme enlightened energy bodies to his disciples and some yogis contemplating on the higher mind !

Well, all our ancient spiritual ancestors evolve through the natural evolutionary process of this universe. One could also ascribe this to the ascension strategy of "God", in more religious sense. Many people speculate or foresee that, the next step of the human evolution should be a hybrid between humans and machines. In other words, transhumanism. Or humans and AIs. Or taking the control over another planet or facilitating human inhabitance in other areas of this universe. However in my opinion, this is not the ultimate fruition of human evolution. It should be rather, the spiritual enlightenment and looking for the deep truth within us. All ancient masters, time to time, appeared on this earth to share this message, embodying the highest qualities of the supreme creator. There was such a blessed child birth that took place in a remote mountain town in the high desert plateau of western Arabia, presumably in the year 570 AD. This post is about his childhood, adventures towards his unique ultimate goal of his life.

As the Bible states, "Children can never lie" (Isaiah 63:8) ! Beings of pure hearts and intentions directly embody the qualities of God consciousness no matter where they are. However a child who grew up in a society where it only strives to maintain extreme religious boundaries, can only evolve into a machine, which is to me, can only embody a "trans-human" like nature. Lacking compassion and love! And therefore, I am not personally in favor of all these new-age ideas and stuffs. With the advent of technology, we are becoming far from the sentient nature which inherits the qualities of "God consciousness".

According to the chronicles, Prophet Muhammad's childhood was a blessed one. He had these great physical qualities, as being exceptionally beautiful and well-proportioned. His radiant face, a strong physique, and pleasant fragrance already represented his divine essence and inheritance. Whoever came closer to him recognized these noble qualities and therefore it was said that people were attracted to his beauty. We hear similar stories about the other ancient masters of similar capacities! However there's more to his divine nature than his physical appearance. There was a nice story about his pilgrimage to Syria.

Fig. 2: The Christian monk Bahira meeting young Prophet Muhammad and immediately recognizing his divine essence. Prophet was said to be at the age of 7-10, at this occasion.

Recognizing the Young Messiah
Refer to the Fig. 2 above. It's a depiction of how two great souls from two different religious traditions meet and complementing each other. One is an old monk from the Christian tradition, who has recognized the divine essence of young Prophet Muhammad at his childhood. How is that even possible? A monk from the Christian tradition recognizing the future messiah from another Abrahamic spiritual line. Isn't it a great example of how two spiritual lineages coincide with each other, together? Can lineages work in harmoniously in that way instead of trying to maintain the authority of power in higher planes? However, in an era where innocence of the supreme creator reigns, the divine grace descends down to everybody equally. There were no boundaries between sects or clans at that time. No rumblings about which spiritual blood/family line is superior to the other and who holds the power of this world! You can read about such stories, and Alien civilizations here

As was depicted in Fig. 1, Prophet Muhammad was used to do meditation under the Sahabi tree much later in his life. Every enlightened master who appeared on the earth for the sake of humanity promoted, the style of meditation. There is no question about it. Since ancient times, we have different ways of recognizing highly evolved souls. The yogis of the highest order are typically the highest-level bodhisattvas who are usually from the 10th level enlightened stage. For people who'd like to learn about 10 stages of Bodhisattva trajectory, refer to this video and this link. Usually the beings of highest order come to their initial awakening at very young age, sometimes at their childhood. So did young Muhammad. In our view, he had already reached the level of 10th Bhumi, and was skilled in meditation and attaining Samadhis by the age of 10.

Dharma Mega Samadhi (Appearance of Supreme Clear Light in the Form of White Clouds)
Refer to the depiction of Fig. 2. It illustrates how the universe/beings from the higher dimensional planes come into indicate the prophethood of young Muhammad. Bahira was certainly an advanced soul, a higher order yogi, who was able to recognize this by spotting an "array of white clouds" few inches above young Muhammad (See references here). In Buddhist (Mahayana)/Hindu spiritual traditions, we often describe about a very specific spiritual stage where the supreme clear light of our human-mind manifests to the outside world, through the higher chakras of our body. This can happen to a young individual even at their childhood, without properly learning or doing meditation in a monastic order. That's how the natural evolutionary process of the humankind works, which is beyond any religious identification and any set of rules. So if the Dharma Megha samadhi was even attainable at that age, you can imagine how powerful he was (for that reason, he was named the last prophet who has the superiority in both monastic and secular realms). Regarding the ability of recognition, some masters from our lineage too have this capability, and they all find their common spiritual roots tracing back to the ancient traditions from both east and west.

The Reason for Avoiding the Anthropomorphic Representation
Well, in most of the Abrahamic religious branches, we do not represent the formless Godhead, supreme Creator in an anthropomorphic form. It cannot simply be done because the level of human consciousness that is attuned to this state is simply "unknowable", incomprehensible and inconceivable. Therefore the term "unknowable-father". Most of the Gnostic traditions ascribe this to the supreme Creator of the universe. Even in the Buddhist/Hindu traditions, the representation of their spiritual root or the leading guru came into a physical/geometrical shape/veneration centuries later and this is certainly inferior to the Creator god. The bottom-line is, we can never represent a formless entity in a very specific geometrical shape. The Universe/supreme Creator takes many different forms befitting to different cultures and creed. Therefore the ancient masters who have been attuned to the Godly nature are always silent. The verbal instructions simply flow as a result of their union with the divine process and they are perfectly aligned to the synchronicities of this existence. Simply to the need of the listener and the audience.

There are other non-verbal teachings as well. As depicted in Fig. 1, all supremely enlightened masters in the past had demonstrated their enlightened energy bodies to the devoted practitioners. That's an ancient method of accelerating the awakening process of their followers. For instance, we personally believe that, prophet Muhamad demonstrated his awakened chakras and subtle bodies inside the Kaaba in Mecca, during the peak time of his enlightenment. It's said that, women were not allowed to the Kaaba at that time, and there must be a very good reason for that! Sometimes the ancient masters were not really in favor of getting their Samadhi states or Auric Fields contaminated with many physical bodies and different energy bodies. It is certainly up to the readers to do the fact checking regarding what's stated in this article!

Higher States of Consciousness and Samadhis
Even though we were raised in a Buddhist society, we grew up learning and reading the poetry/great work of ancient Sufi mystics. I can never forget the depth of spirituality, human consciousness that was conveyed through these great poems and narratives from this specific mystical lineage. At that time, the direct expression of the ultimate truth was prohibited and the true mystics stayed away from public. They try to convey this message in relative forms, by many different means. Some of these great mystics had to pay the ultimate price for speaking their truth, in a straight-forward manner to the public. We don't need to dive into all details, but let's try to understand what Rumi had tried to convey (in a mystical sense):

Fig. 3: The Sufi master Mansur Al-Haj was hanged by the rulers at that time and a Sufi mystic is getting attuned to the higher consciousness.

So the Rumi Expounded (Cracking some of his parables with the aid of meditation):
1. “Each night the Moon kisses secretly the Lover who counts the Stars.” - Well the experienced meditators know what happen to their consciousness at night, once it has arrived to an irreversible state. Every night, their minds go into a higher state of consciousness which is extremely blissful and is synonymous with the state of God. In Buddhism we metaphorically say that, the Arahants (Saints) won't sleep at night.

2. “In the middle of the night......” - Listen to the above video carefully. Pay attention to the every line of subtitles. To most of us, this may sound like yearning for a personal love. However it is about expressing the pain of darkness a mystic has to go through during their ascension process. It conveys the outside projection of our ego-self, identification with mental objects, and the delicate thread or the silver code that our soul is tied to the body. Pain of surrendering our ego etc....

3. “Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase each other doesn't make any sense.” - Well, our pure human consciousness is beyond the dualistic forms. If someone can look at the worldly things in this form of perception, beyond the dualistic identification, then we are halfway towards enlightenment. However, this type of a state of consciousness cannot be arrived without meditation.

4. A lover is always accused of something. But when he finds his love, whatever was lost in the looking comes back completely changed. On the way to Mecca, many dangers: thieves, the blowing sand, only camel's milk to drink. Still each pilgrim kisses the black stone there with pure longing, feeling in the surface the taste of the lips he wants.” - It's thriving for God, seeking the highest level of human consciousness, with total devotion. Losing of belongings for this highest pursuit brings everything back into life, in another form. The self is fulfilled with perfection.

5. On Resurrection Day your body testifies against you. Your hand says, I stole money. Your lips, I said meanness. Your feet, I went where I shouldn't. Your genitals, Me too. When the resurrection process comes along with the ego-death, we all have to bare our body pains. Pain of our body, through out different body parts, is a testimonial to the karmic imprints we have carried in this and many lifetimes. It's equivalent to the burning of our Karma, traces of our Ego etc.

6. You may have heard, it's the custom for kings to let warriors stand on the left, the side of the heart, and courage. On the right they put the chancellor, and various secretaries, because the practice of bookkeeping and writing usually belongs to the right hand. In the center, the Sufis, because in meditation they become mirrors. The king can look at their faces and see his original state. This is more on the nature of how our human mind and heart works together. Well we have different qualities that are usually required to make judgements and discernment by our human mind. This is the non-meditative mind. However, great Sufi masters always stayed in a middle ground where, the conclusions have always been drawn with the help of meditation, samadhis and higher states of human consciousness. This is the original state where apparent relative faces dissolve and the true/original face is found with the "true discernment" !

When God Speaks: Reading Hadiths During a Personal Challenging Situation vs Samadhi ?
A yogi from any religious background may go through a personal challenging situation during their dark night of the soul period. Or even a believer in Islam faith might experience difficulties, hard knocks in different frontiers in his/her life. To anybody, the Hadiths from Quran will come to aid them in such a challenging situation. Hadiths serve different purposes, which constitute major source of guidance for Islam/Sufi practitioners. One of such purposes is to have divine protection during difficult periods, especially when the yogi is under the physic attacks from hostile forces, or more precisely, from Jinns as Islam states. In addition to that, the real "divine protection" is always received through meditation. Even though my (Buddhist) background was totally different, chanting and reading those famous Hadiths from Quran during the difficult moments of time, dark periods helped me to get over certain karmic blockages during the early ascension process. Usually these divinely embodied messages appear to us as a form of a plaque, held by celestial beings (angles) by two sides. This is how God speaks to the awakened souls.

Fig. 4: Appearance of a "Hadith Text" as a divine message through a deep state of Samadhi during meditation. These type of divine messages appear to the Yogis through the awakening of 6-7 Chakras.

The next question is, how do these divine messages can alleviate our suffering? Well, all these Samadhis have a very specific and a unique quality. These messages via the activation of higher chakras can quickly absorb dark energies or the energy bubbles straight from our mental sphere or the consciousness realm. How do these divine messages came into writing? So that the practitioners from this authentic spiritual lineage starting from Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to sage Rumi preserved this vital knowledge for the use of future generations. These teachings and divine messages, specific Samadhi states were passed down through generations from a master to the disciple. This is how the universe operates. A highly evolved soul appears first, and God/universe will pick the chosen one, letting his consciousness evolve through. This consciousness then will be transferred to the next succession of the line. This is how a lineage is created! For more information on how the spiritual lineages work, read our article here.

Truth and Myths about Islam
Many people have various interpretations of how the Islamic faith should be practiced and express objections to the ways in which they strive to protect their specific branches of Islam. The reality is that religious extremism exists everywhere. One can find similar extremist ideas within Buddhism, despite it being considered a major religion. However, if we study Islam and Sufism in their entirety and attempt to absorb the underlying messages, combined with deep meditative states or samadhis, clarity will emerge. According to my lineage of gurus, who recall many past lives, the Prophet Muhammad embodied the innocence of a child, akin to the "clear light" state of the Universe or God. Such a great soul could never instill fear in anyone. Many of the narratives that emerged later in the name of religion, which led to massacres, are nothing more than political agendas. The "child-like" nature of the Prophet had defined, that the ultimate battle is always within us. Not in Gulf, nor in Palestine!
